Your art technique is full of holes! I especially like the neck for some reason. It looks like this man got attacked by worms, they went in small, thus the smaller holes, then they ate out the juicy insides and grew a lot while they were in there. Then they burrowed their way out again creating the bigger holes in this mans face. There are more large holes than small ones, so we know that they bred inside his skull ant at least two of the offspring survived. From his expression this man was very calm while all this happened, because most people would be distressed by such an occurrence, we must conclude that, either this man was a hard core devout follower of the Cynic philosophy, or that his facial mussels just froze up in rigor mortis when he died. His mouth would have probably fallen open when they were burrowing into his face however, so I think we can go with the first one. Hence, I propose the title: "A Cynic Who Got Eaten By Worms."
